My husband and I cannot say enough about Jamie. I knew after the first call with her, we’d chosen the right person to help us find our new home. We gave Jamie our wish list, which was ever-developing, and she ran with it. Always asking questions that helped us to narrow our search and helpful in keeping us (me especially) focused. Her knowledge of the local area, contacts in the mortgage community, builder community, and real estate community are what every new homeowner needs to make what is a stress-filled process seamless and enjoyable (yes i said that 🙂 ) Even though I am never going to move again, if we had to, we would go back to Jamie over and over again. She is your woman.
Jamie was able to negotiate and save us not only 25k from the sellers asking price, she also negotiated a flooring allowance, new roof, and new air conditioner. When we do decide to sell we will certainly use Jamie so she can negotiate the best deal for us again.
